The great achievement you can have along with your trek /tour is doing Vippassana Meditation. Here we have made an itinerary of 6 days but the 10 days course along with 2 other days includes of 17 days altogether. This is the course offered in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin as taught by S.N. Goenka from India. There are no charges for the courses. It depends on the donations done by the previous students. Anyone can be benefitted from this invaluable technique to remove all the cravings and get rid of suffering.

Vipassana means to see things in its own form, as they really are. The Guru guides how it has to be done. The ten days course has three main activities: Aanapana, Vipassana and Maitriya. This technique is the pure science of mind and matter.

There are many Vipassana centers established in Nepal: Dhammashringa at Budhanilkantha, Kitti at Kirtipur, Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini, Birgunj, and Surkhet. One should fill the form beforehand after reading code of discipline and find the course scheduled at your most convenient location. If you like, you could do volunteering work there as well. Two ten day courses are held at Dhammashringa, Budhanilkantha from 1st to 12th and 14th to 25th of every month. However this scheduled may be changed during festival months of October/ November.

It’s our great pleasure to assist you to join the course and the rest of time to tour with us. We can only help you to reach to meditation center. Our target is just you to experience the Vapassana technique for 12 days and let you know the spiritual world. After that we accompany you to make your sightseeing relaxing.
