Pisang Peak is one of the popular peaks in Nepal en route to classic Annapurna Circuit. It is the pyramidal trekking peak regally standing up above Pisang Village in the Manang district. Pisang Peak lies on the way of the highest pass Thorong La Pass of the world. It is one of the non-expedition peaks which rise opposite of Annapurna II (7937 m). It is situated roughly in between Annapurna I and Manaslu.Pisang Peak was first climbed by German Expedition in 1955. Those who have less climbing experience also can climb this mountain along with trekking but it is Technical Mountain which is difficult to near to the summit.

We begin our journey with 7-8 hours bus drive from Kathmandu to Beshishahar. Then we trek from Beshishahar to Pisang Village at Manang that takes 5 days. The trek goes ascending through thin vegetation and pastureland and we reach at the height of 4,380 m named Kharka. This is the first place where we set up our Base Camp. The high Camp will be on the south west ridge at the height of 5, 400 m where there is snow from November to the end of March. We follow the ridge that leads to the final snow slope which is quite steep and difficult to reach to the summit. Once we reach the top, it offers the astounding mountain scenery especially the Tilicho Peak, Annapurna II and IV, Gangapurna and Glacier Dome.

After the successful Pisang Peak Climbing, we descend to the Base CAmpdes, then we continue our trek to Manang valley. We cross the highest pass Thorong La early in the morning and arrive at Muktinath, the pilgrimage site which is highly revered by both Hindus and Buddhists. We descend to Jharkot, Kagbeni and reach to Jomsom. There is small airstrip on the bank of Kaligandaki River at Jomsom from where we fly in the morning to Pokhara. We can do Pokhara half day sightseeing and hanging around Phewa Lake. We fly or drive back to Kathmandu the next day. We celebrate joining together in the diner with cultural show and escort you to the international airport the next day.
